Before you stop by...

Have a good meal at least 2 hours prior to your piercing to level your blood sugar. It helps you keep a clear head and stay comfortable.

Refrain from alcohol, aspirin, ibuprofen, naproxen and other blood thinners for at least 24 hours prior to your piercing.

General Policies:

• You must have valid state or federally issued photo I.D. to get pierced, regardless of age.
• We will not pierce you if you appear under the influence of drugs or alcohol, or if you have been so in the past 24 hours.
• We do not and cannot pierce minors, see the answer to our Frequently Asked Question Why don't you pierce minors? for an explanation.
• We accept cash and major credit cards.

Jewelry Policies:

• We perform new piercings with jewelry which meets ASTM specifications for implant materials.
• We do not accept returns, exchanges, or trades on jewelry
• We will replace defective items purchased from us.

Tipping Etiquette:

Tips are accepted and appreciated, as in any other service industry. We strive to treat every client with the same care and attention.
